Payment, Program Withdrawal And Refund Policy

Full Monthly program fees are due on the 14th day of each month for the following month.

Full 10- & 9-week session fees are due upon registration.

Cancellations made more than 10 business days prior to the program start date will be charged a non-refundable penalty of 20% of full program fees.

Cancellations made within 10 business days of the program start date will be charged a non-refundable penalty of 50% of full program fees.

We strive to make your child’s program experience a safe, warm, fun, enjoyable and nurturing one!

We will take all steps necessary to create a personalized session for your child. If it seems that your child is not enjoying or benefiting from their program experience please come and see me, Charlotte, so that we can figure out a way that we can ensure a more enjoyable time for your child!

If, in the rare event, after appropriate steps have been taken, your child still feels ill willed about their program experience, we will honour a fifty percent refund of the unused portion of the program that remains. It is my hope and goal that this will not occur!
