Session Themes

1. "In the Garden": From flowers and trees to butterflies and bees we will be exploring the bounty of excitement that fills our gardens. We will forage, plant, create and GROW!

2. "Where the Wild Things Are": You won't believe your eyes when you see the wild creations you get to make during this week of friendly and intriguing non-human critters. Get ready for a wild week of things that creep, sneak, hug and snarl!

3. "World Cup Soccer/ Camp Castlesaurus Rex Olympics": As World Cup Fever descends on the globe, Camp Castlesaurus Rex is getting in on the sports action! All week long, we’ll be doing activities that teach teamwork, sportsmanship, and how to have fun with physical activity!

4. "Reptiles and Lizards": From the giant Komodo dragons to the small salamander, reptiles and lizards are some of the most compelling creatures in the natural world. Join us as we explore the sticky, slimy world of dragons, frogs and amphibians!

5. "Caped Crusaders": Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman don’t have anything on us! Tie on your cape and fly head first into this action packed week of comic adventures, make believe and heroes and heroines!

6. "I Spy with My Little Eye: Spies and Espionage": Join Camp Castlesaurus Rex on its next top-secret mission! During I Spy week, Amazon turns into the secret headquarters of a squad of international spies and mystery-hunters bent on uncovering intrigue and adventure.

7. "Ready, Set, Action: Hollywood Premiere": Get ready to experience the glitz and glamour of the world of movie stars! Hollywood Premiere week will concentrate on elements of performance, storytelling, and exercising our imaginations to make movie magic!

8. "From Head to Toe: Our Bodies": Enter the wondrous world of your very own body! Activities during Head to Toe week will concentrate on the lumpy organs and goopy tubes that make us able to think, play, and have fun!

9. "Creepy Crawlies: Insects and Bugs": 2 legs, 6 legs, 100 legs, 1000 legs! AAAHH!!! Creepy crawlies are everywhere! Who knew that lurking just inches beneath our feet were so many millions of bugs! What bug inspired creations do you dare to make?
