Hours

We open our doors at 8:30am and close at 5:30pm. Programming runs from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

On trip days, we leave the camp at 9:00am promptly. It is important to remember this as we leave to meet our scheduled time of arrival. On all trip days, we return by 4:00pm.

Fees and Registration

We provide an outstanding program at an exceptional price. Fees include all field trips, transportation and a morning and afternoon snack. Children must bring a packaged lunch (please note we are a nut-free facility!).

The registration information and fees for the 2010 season are as follows:

FULL DAY (9:00am - 4:00pm)
$225 + Tax/1 week session (Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9)

$180 + Tax for Week 5 (Aug. 3rd - Aug. 6th)

PART TIME
$55 + Tax/day (full day)
$35 + Tax/day (half day: 9-12 OR 1-4)

BEFORE CARE (8:30am - 9:00am)
$25 + Tax/week

AFTER CARE (4:00pm - 5:30pm)
$50 + Tax/week

BONUS: REGISTER TWINS OR SIBLINGS AND RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON THE SECOND CHILD'S CAMP FEES.

There is an additional one-time $10 charge for a camp T-shirt and $5 per additional T-shirt. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment will guarantee your child's spot.

CAMP WITHDRAWL AND REFUND POLICY

A non-refundable fee of 20% will be charged on all refunds made more than 10 business days in advance of the program start date regardless of the reason for cancellation. Cancellations made within 10 business days of the program start date will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of program fees.

A fee of $20 will be charged on all transfers between sessions made more than 5 business days in advance of the program start date. Transfers made within 5 days of the program start date will be charged a fee of $50.

We strive to make your child’s camp experience a warm, fun, enjoyable and nurturing one!

We will take all steps necessary to create a unique and personalized session for your child. If it seems that your child is not enjoying or benefiting from their camp experience please come and see me, Charlotte, so that we can figure out a way that we can ensure a more enjoyable time for your child!

If, in the rare event, after appropriate steps have been taken, your child still feels ill willed about their camp experience, we will honour a fifty percent refund of the unused portion of camp that remains (camp t-shirt excluded). It is my hope and goal that this will not occur!

Camp Castlesaurus rex is a small camp. We have a maximum of 25 children for every session. By doing this, we aim to provide a camp with many family-like qualities, a strong sense of community and a high standard of care.
